“I am 59 years old, 5'-10", and used to lead a basically sedentary life.  I knew I had to start changing my lifestyle, and I decided to try the CortiSlim® approach.  I began taking one capsule in the morning and one at noon.  I also changed my diet to one of much smaller portions, almost no refined sugar, and far fewer carbohydrates.  I also purchased an elliptical trainer from Sears and began using it 2 or 3 times a week.  By August 30 (5 weeks) I was down to 171.  I don't have any before pictures (didn't want any), but I remember looking at my profile in the mirror and thinking I looked like an 8-month pregnant woman!  I recently went to auto racing school and I'm attaching a picture of how I now look in my racing suit.  I could not have come close to fitting into this suit before!  You can't imagine how much better I feel about myself.”
